well That forum was created because an ART section in a certain Shakira forum was closed, it was supposse to be the replace of that ART section, and then the forum turned in 180 angle, it wasn't a Shakira art forum, now it was general art forum, and then less people joined and the ones that did never visited it again. However there were some that are Neil's close friends that replied there. The forum is not active anymore because the ART section in the Shakira forum was opened up again regarding of the few members that were visitting that Shakira forum.
Anyway I wish Neil the best luck, because he works very hard to keep it working and he makes lots and lots of art for it. I know how it feels when you work very very hard figuring things out and not getting the final result you expected, so good luck to him, and all I can say is, keep on advertising the forum, and maybe try making a new layout or smething to make members like it, register and be active.

I think there are too many sections. If you want to find or post something, you first have to find it cause there are too many places where you can put it or find it.
If you just made a couple of sections like this
- avatars
- siggies
- wallpapers
- (others)
In every section you can make a thread about 1 subject
Example:
PEDAZOS DE ARTE > avatars (section) > Shakira (thread)
In this thread you can post all your Shakira avatars
You can also make a thread "by request" in every section
Off course this is just my opinion #explain#

i basically post my own stuff (you should check them out, there's not much but it grows one day)
